MAGIC HABITS

i believe that magic exists in our everyday lives. not in form of things magically manifesting out of thin air , more like at my wish my brain changes thought patterns a bit , that affects my actions , and they impact the world around me. it's really hard to explain , but tiniest of changes in our mindset may cause miracles. i'd better put some examples , so you understand it better:

lucky drinks

i consider that drinks those i made myself (and for some reason vending machine cocoa) to bring luck to me. or maybe just confidence and happiness. it works simply: "i'm confident because i think i'm lucky" and "i'm happy because i think that drink will soon make me happy , which is good". and also "i'm creative because i am confident and won't judge myself for a silliest mistake". good thing is - it works well for me (and maybe will work for you too). no bad things , confidence , happiness and creativity are always welcome , so why not invite them in life? you just need to believe.

figures of happiness

i placed five little japanese figures of cats and dolls all around my room and each morning i try to start from bowing to all of them to bring happiness in my life. mostly it works because of the same thing as with drinks , and also because it's kind of a morning exercise (which was proven to be beneficial on mood) and because if i start morning that way i don't start it doomscrolling my phone , so my mood is instantly boosted

there's just two of "magic" habits for me , but just those two work well and bring bits of joy into my everyday life. they are not of course "real" magic , but i think there is some degree of magic in simple things we deem ordinary and non-magical.
